We are experimenting with a new chat reference service. To access it, there is a link on the library home page.
We will try to have someone logged on and available as much as possible. You will be able to tell if we are available based on the message you see in the chat window. For the times that we are not available for a chat session, you can use the email form on the same page to send us questions, just as you have done in the past.
